Optase sensitive eye makeup remover

A makeup remover for sensitive eyes has been launched by Scope Eyecare that incorporated a patented ionised water technology.

The Optase Life Sensitive Eye Makeup Remover is said to offer a gentle yet effective solution to eye makeup removal while respecting the ocular surface and promoting a protective skin barrier.

The product utilises negatively charged ions that attract and encapsulate makeup particles, allowing for their gentle removal without the need for harsh rubbing or potentially irritating surfactants.

It also supported natural ceramides in the skin, which Scope said were vital to maintaining the integrity of the skin’s barrier function.
