Each practice showed an increase in sales and sustained growth of their business during the promotion, which generated more than 100,000 lens wearers who all requested to trial Opti-Free express and were then directed to specific Opti-Free express Elite Stockists. The winners were Tim Ward from Optika in Cheltenham (pictured receiving his prize from Jo Day, Alcon's territory manager), Lee Wilson from Portsea Island in Portsmouth, Jonathan Wynn-Edwards from C&G Mullen in Runcorn, Ms Choo and Mr Daybell from Daybell & Choo in Sheffield, Alan McDonald and John Hughes from Hughes, McDonald & Davidson in Peterhead, Paul Graves from Body's Contact Lens Centre in Southend, Julie Jennings from Glyn Jones in Hanley and independent practitioner Brian Tompkins.
