A newly opened flagship branch of Optical Express in Newcastle-upon-Tyne has offered Bupa Great North Run participants 10 per cent off designer frames.
Manager of the intu Eldon Square shopping centre practice Allison Horsley said: ‘We wanted to give something back to the participants, all of whom are running for such worthy causes. We have a great range of designer glasses and sunglasses for them to choose from and staff will be on hand to help in any way they can.’
