Opticare Optician’s Newark practice has reached a milestone of 400 Google reviews, maintaining a five-star average rating.
The independent group has upheld the same top rating across its other practices in Anstey, Birstall and Sileby.
The business prided itself on customer care and personalised service and has accumulated a total of 676 Google reviews across all locations.
It also boasted a 100% recommended rating from 200 Facebook reviews and a social media following of over 1,500.
Co-director of Opticare and optometrist Shaimil Shah said: ‘Each review means a lot. As a small business, we rely on word of mouth over any other marketing and so each review we receive goes to helping someone else find out about our service-led eye care.’
