Optician Awards deadline extended by a week

The entry deadline for this year’s Optician Awards in Birmingham has been extended by one week until January 29.

Judging for the 16 categories will take place next month and the shortlist published soon after. A drinks reception in central London will be held for all of those shortlisted in early March.

Entries can be submitted online through a 1,000-word entry document and photo, with no more than five supporting documents.

A black tie presentation evening for the Awards will take place on April 9 at new venue The Vox, Birmingham, on the Saturday night of this year’s Optrafair weekend. View the categories, read about previous winners and enter the awards at opticianawards.com
