u Optimum Coatings has launched a new anti-reflective coatings service for independent prescription laboratories and optical practices.
Operating from new premises with ample scope for expansion, the company has invested more than £400,000 for the purpose-built laboratory. The principal equipment comprises Satis Vacuum MC Lab 360 Box Coater and Optimal Technologies CHC 120.
Directors David Birt and Wilfred Ellis have both made significant personal investment in the company. They said: ÔCoatings are a growth sector in optical goods and we aim to assist that growth.Õ
