Optometry Scotland is considering a revised draft of its constitution following a meeting on August 23 at NHS Forth Valley headquarters in Sterling.

frank-munro.jpgThe well attended meeting saw debate around the OS Business Plan and how the body would move forward and build on the success of its first three years. The OS executive committee will now address the findings and recommendations from the meeting on communication, representation, finance, administration and professional development.

Chairman Frank Munro said the meeting was the first step in planning the future of OS.

'The changes we have suggested are required now we are maturing as an organisation and successfully carving out our niche in the Scottish political and health service landscape.
