Paname's thick Tati temples

French eyewear brand Paname drew inspiration from the Scottish Tati bag pattern for its latest collection and featured the design across its stand at Silmo.

Paname decided to reference the popular pattern after it was used recently by French haute couture designers,
such as Louis Vuitton.

The pattern’s red line is found throughout the autumn/winter 2023-24 collection of 17 new frames, which the company said remained faithful to its colourful signature style.

Oversized, thicker acetates are used in styles such as Theophile, which is a masculine model with a bold temple that dramatically
switches from thick to thin before the ends.
