Positive Impact has appointed three new directors

Positive Impact has restructured its senior team and appointed three new directors to meet the demands of the company’s expansion.

Professional services lead, Phil Thompson, has become professional services director, while business development manager, Tony Whyatt, is now commercial director.

Chris Amor has been appointed as finance director and joined Positive Impact with management accountancy experience in the optical sector gained while working at Bausch+Lomb.

Maxine Green has changed roles from managing director to sales and operations director, with director of marketing and professional services, Nick Atkins, taking on the role of managing director.

Speaking about the restructure, Atkins said: ‘Phil and Tony have become an integral and essential part of the business crucial to our future plans. Becoming directors in recognition of their loyalty ensures their ongoing commitment to the company while enabling them to share in the future success of the business.’
