Spectacular Opticians has refurbished its Downham Market branch as part of a wider operation to renovate its clinics with an ‘open plan approach’.
Led by business development manager, Nicola Gibbs, the independent aimed to create wide, bright spaces and a calm atmosphere for customers.
The updated look included carefully planned lighting and an uncluttered design with a neutral colour palette of earthy tones and orange accents, with a spacious waiting area, a wide reception desk with a brick backwall and large displays for its wide selection of branded and unbranded frames, as well as a consultation area created using partitioning for a more intimate feel.
This followed a recent refit at the Histon branch.
Receptionist Jo Barber commented: ‘Customers have been commenting on our new look. It’s such a big change and the new layout works really well.’
