Google's Project Glass augmented reality spectacles made a special appearance at New York Fashion Week recently, at the Diane Von Furstenberg (DVF) show.
Google produced a special version of the titanium-framed Project Glass for Von Furstenberg in silver and pink.
The glasses were also worn on the catwalk at the DVF show by actress Sarah Jessica Parker (pictured) and Google founder Sergei Brin. The prototype spectacles promise to have the ability to record and play back video, take and display photos, show text messages and provide detailed information overlays of locations.
Developer editions of Project Glass went on sale in July (News 06.07.12).
