SightCare announced that its Business and Networking Conference for independent opticians will be held on January 29-30 at Telford International Centre.
Rescheduled from September 2022, the conference was themed around embracing the future of business in optometry and will feature 14 workshops across two days.
Workshops included sessions on brand strategy, menopause in the workplace, private practice business management, myopia and sustainability.
SightCare chief executive John French said: ‘There is no going back. The fundamental changes in ways of working caused by Covid-19 require independent optical practices to change too. Innovative approaches to agility and inclusion, which helped practice owners and their teams through the crisis, are at the core of resetting practices for long-term resilience.’
