Scrivens appointment

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care has appointed Stuart Burdett as its new head of professional services and training.

He joins the group with 35 years of experience in optics and hearing care, including roles at Vision Express and the Outside Clinic.

Burdett said: ‘The high street changed overnight in March and like all businesses Scrivens has had to adapt its way of doing business, and professional services and training are more vital than ever. In particular, I am excited about building and developing a strong team of employed optometrists to take our business forward.’
