​Shamir launches ‘satisfied or exchange’ campaign

Shamir has launched a ‘satisfied or exchange’ campaign for independent practices in association with Transitions.

Beginning in June, practices can choose a three-month period to run the campaign, with support and advice from their area lens consultants, including the option of supporting POS. Patients have 30 days to exchange their Transitions lenses if they are not to their satisfaction.

A form titled Transitions 2017 within the promotions section on the company’s website should be completed and sent back with the original lenses and the practice account will be credited.

‘We want to incorporate our three company values of quality, service and value in every campaign, as we believe independent opticians can thrive with our support regarding business marketing tools and quality lenses,’ said Phil Bareham, general manager of Shamir UK.
