Standards

Zoobug sunglasses use adult-specification polarised lenses with 100% UV protection (UV 400, Cat 3 filter) and comply with British Standard EN1836:2005+A1:2007. They are also guaranteed for 18 months from date of purchase.

Fitting

The anatomical profile of a child or infant’s face differs greatly from that of an adult. Their noses are smaller and the distance from the front of the face to the ear is shorter. Zoobug frames for infants feature built-up saddle nose bridges to stop slipping and models for older children use a special sizing system. Both are designed by Zoobug director and ophthalmologist Dr Julie Diem Le.
