Silhouette has been voted one of Austria's best employers after staff at its Linz headquarters took part in an anonymous survey as part of a Great Place to Work initiative.
Ninety-four per cent of staff believed the business was a very good place to work, based on criteria of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit.
Tarek El-Dabbagh, head of HR said: 'This is a fantastic result, especially since only 83 per cent of employees in industrial companies feel this way about their employer. For us it is mainly about using questionnaires such as this to determine our quality as an employer, to ensure this quality is maintained and to continue to develop.'
