Ocuco has partnered with the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers to create an IT training programme for all of Ocuco’s 75 in-practice staff.
The programme was said to have been tailored to the company’s needs and all technical support and customer services staff were expected to certify in at least one Level 2 course.
The courses will initially cover the roles and communication in practice, the eye and Ammetropia and different screening processes.
