Companies such as Ocuco, See 20/20, Optisoft, Opticabase, Optix, PCS Cheltenham and CC Systems will all be demonstrating their latest software developments at the three-day event in Birmingham.

Malcom Polley, chief executive of Optrafair's owners the FMO, said: 'Linking your practice to new clinical imaging technology, downloading electronic lens catalogues, frame and contact lens catalogues and linking to the most advanced glazing labs in a paperless patient journey, all the options will be on show at the NEC from April 4-6.'
