Multiple files application for the phrase 'should've'
Specsavers has confirmed that is has filed a trademark application for the phrase 'should've'.
The application, relating to its ‘Should’ve gone to Specsavers’ advertising slogan, has been filed with the UK Intellectual Property Office.
The multiple did not disclose any further details about the trademark bid for the commonly used expression.
