Specsavers menopause community achieves accreditation

Specsavers has achieved a menopause-friendly accreditation from Henpicked in recognition of its support for colleagues through the MenoTalk community network.

MenoTalk was established by co-chairs Louise Furby and Carolin Millken and was created to provide members with a safe space to discuss, listen and share their experiences of the menopause.

Deborah Garlick, founder and CEO at Henpicked, said: ‘We know that open discussions, supportive conversations and creating a psychologically safe environment are key to making lasting and meaningful change for colleagues.
