An elderly patient died after going into cardiac arrest at Specsavers Norwich last weekend.
The practice was closed as paramedics tried to resuscitate the man in his 80s, according to the Eastern Daily Press.
Specsavers Norwich store director Ian Sinha said: ‘On behalf of the store I wish to express our deepest sympathies and condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.’
