Specsavers picks up customer service awards

Specsavers has won two prizes at the 2012 Customer Service Training Awards.

Created by training and development manager Fiona Ross (pictured holding awards), the 'spectacular styling' course was named by judges as both general and overall winner of the 'Customer Service Training Innovation of the Year' award.

On the award, Ross said: 'Specsavers was founded with the aim of providing fashionable, affordable eye care for everyone. Our specs range has never been bigger or more exciting than it is right now, so this course is a new way to develop skilled, approachable and enthusiastic stylists who can help customers to find their ideal glasses.'
