Specsavers Forum Six, located in Fareham, has been supporting Breast Cancer Care for the last year through a series of fundraising initiatives and Blanche Moore (left), head of its charity committee, handed over the cheque.

TV presenter Snowdon, whose grandmother and aunt have both been diagnosed with breast cancer, said: ‘With one in eight women developing breast cancer in their lifetime, there has never been such an urgent need for Breast Cancer Care’s support services. So I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Specsavers for their hard work and commitment.’
