Specsavers ranked 23rd best UK workplace

Specsavers was ranked 23^rd in the top 50 best workplaces in the UK, according to feedback from employees in the Great Place to Work Survey.

In the UK, 78% of employees said that Specsavers was a great place to work with colleagues highlighting opportunities to develop and a culture of care for employees.

The multiple was certified as a Great Place to Work in 12 countries and was ranked the 12^th best workplace in Europe.

CEO John Perkins said: ‘I’m particularly proud, and humbled, given that the achievement is only made possible by the hard work of our people and the feedback they’ve shared about their experiences of working here.
