Stepper takes stock of survey

Eyewear manufacturer Stepper UK undertook a survey of 179 of its customers to gauge satisfaction with its services and was reported to be 'delighted with the results'.

Eyewear manufacturer Stepper UK undertook a survey of 179 of its customers to gauge satisfaction with its services and was reported to be 'delighted with the results'.

Stepper, which already monitors customer service performance, can report 99.8 per cent next-day delivery. According to the company, none of those surveyed registered dissatisfaction with delivery time, with nearly 78 per cent saying they were 'very satisfied' with delivery.

As an overall rating almost 98 per cent of customers surveyed rated Stepper as 'good' or 'excellent', with over 66 per cent rating Stepper as 'excellent', while over 94 per cent of those questioned said they would be ordering more Stepper product within the next 12 months.

In response to whether they would recommend Stepper to other opticians, almost 98 per cent said they would.

Stepper UK's managing director, Richard Crook, commented: 'These results are very encouraging, but we won't be resting on our laurels. There's always room for improvement in delivery and customer service and we've some great new product in the pipeline.'
