Professional superbike rider achieves podium finish following laser eye surgery

Professional superbike rider Daley Mathison, pictured, has achieved his goal of a podium finish at the 2016 Isle of Man TT and after explained how the laser eye surgery he received from Optical Express helped his performance at the iconic event.

Daley, who finished third in the SES TT Zero race, said: ‘Even to finish the six-lap race is a massive achievement, but with my newly improved eyesight, I think I challenged to be among the best.’

According to the multiple, he found that his career development was being slowed by his poor distance vision. He said: ‘I couldn’t wear glasses when I was racing because they would steam up or get in the way when I had my helmet on.
