The prize

2 There is no cash alternative to this prize.
The winner
3 The prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Reed Business Information Ltd, Reed Elsevier PLC or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation and running of the competition or their direct family members.
4 The Publisher's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5 No purchase is necessary to take part in this prize draw. The prize draw is open to UK residents only who are aged 18 or over.
6 Closing date for entry is 31st December 2005.
7 Winner will be notified on 3rd January 2006. The winner will be sent an email providing further information about the prize he/she has won and how to redeem it. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the email within 7 days of the 'sent' date.
8 If the winner does not confirm acceptance of his/her prize within 7 days he/she will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize. In the event of the prize not being claimed, the Publisher reserves the right to select an alternative winner via any means that RBI feel is appropriate.
