This prize draw is organised by RBI Recruitment Media, Reed Business Information Ltd, Quadrant House, the Quadrant, Sutton, Surrey SM2 5AS. Company registered in the UK, Registered No: 151537. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales and it is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The prize
1. The prize is a 30 minute champagne flight in a private capsule on the London Eye for yourself and 10 guests worth £475.
2. The prize includes exclusive check in, fast track entrance and a complimentary London Eye mini guide per guest. A host to serve chilled Laurent-Perrier Champagne (two bottles), orange juice and mineral water and answer any questions about the London Eye.
3. Winner to arrange own transport to and from the London Eye.
4. The flight must be taken by December 20th 2005.
5. There is a cash alternative to this prize of £500.
The Winner
6. The prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Reed Business Information Ltd, Reed Elsevier PLC or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation and running of the competition or their direct family members.
7. The Publisher's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No purchase is necessary to take part in this prize draw. The prize draw is open to UK residents only who are aged 18 or over.
9. Closing date for entry is 31st October 2005.
10. Winner will be notified on 1st November, 2005. The winner will be sent an email providing further information about the prize he/she has won and how to redeem it. The winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the email within seven days of the 'sent' date.
11. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of his/her prize within 7 days he/she will automatically forego the rights to claim for the prize. In the event of the prize not being claimed, the Publisher reserves the right to select an alternative winner via any means that RBI feel is appropriate.
The winner should consider the following:
Booking of the London Eye private capsule is due to availability. Early bookings are therefore recommended. It is the responsibility of the winner and guest to arrange transport to and from the London Eye.
