Optometrist Mohammed Bhojani (pictured) has developed The Practice Profits Formula which he described as a simple three-step programme comprising of three audio CDs and two workbooks that drives in new patients while retaining existing patients.
Bhojani has an MBA from Warwick Business School, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and manages two practices. With 25 years of experience in corporate and independent optics, he added that the programme helped eye care professionals (ECPs) focus on reviewing their personal and practice performance, creating savings in time, energy and money. It did not involve large time commitments or in-depth studying or learning, just some easy listening, light reading and 60 minutes worth of focus, he said. In return, practitioners would understand the essentials of marketing to acquire new patients.
'I guarantee you that if you and your team genuinely follow and implement my simple three-step training, your practice performance will improve by 20 per cent in the next 12 months, regardless of the economy and the competition, or colleagues can ask for their money back,' said Bhojani.
Aimed at a wide range of practices, owned by optometrists, contact lens opticians and dispensing opticians, he said the programme worked equally well for practice owners, joint venture partners and practice managers.
The training also explains how ECPs can improve the effectiveness of their websites, create lifetime patients and increase prices without losing patients. Staff could be introduced to a single change that would improve practice performance by up to 10 per cent at virtually no cost, he claimed.
The first 100 practitioners purchasing the programme will receive 'The 6 Figure Eye Care practitioner' CD and a two-month membership to Bhojani's Insider Circle, offering information, advice and access to resources. The complete course, delivered by email and post, is offered at the pre-release price of £197 compared to the £497 full price.
