Optometrist Mohammed Bhojani (pictured) has developed The Practice Profits Formula which he described as a simple three-step programme comprising of three audio CDs and two workbooks that drives in new patients while retaining existing patients.
Bhojani has an MBA from Warwick Business School, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and manages two practices. With 25 years of experience in corporate and independent optics, he added that the programme helped eye care professionals (ECPs) focus on reviewing their personal and practice performance, creating savings in time, energy and money. It did not involve large time commitments or in-depth studying or learning, just some easy listening, light reading and 60 minutes worth of focus, he said. In return, practitioners would understand the essentials of marketing to acquire new patients.
