
Digital health company Ufonia has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Richard Armitage as commercial director and Richard Whittington as UK partnerships director.
Armitage has joined with over a decade of experience in commercial strategy, NHS engagement and healthcare technology, while Whittington offered extensive experience in NHS relationship management and policy engagement.
Dr Nick de Pennington, founder and CEO of Ufonia, highlighted the value of their combined knowledge, stating that their expertise will be invaluable as the company continues to scale its AI-powered solutions, designed to improve patient outcomes and alleviate pressure on clinical teams.
Commenting on his new role, Armitage said: ‘I look forward to bringing [Ufonia’s] fantastic, transformative technology to as many healthcare providers and patients as possible.’
