UK disability insurance provider UnumProvident has presented its charity beneficiary SeeAbility with a cheque for £30,000.
UnumProvident staff and other organisations raised the funds by taking part in Le Jo'G, a sponsored run from John O'Groats to Land's End last September.
ll proceeds will go towards SeeAbility's eye 2 eye campaign, which provides specialist services to ensure people with learning disabilities have access to eye health care.
SeeAbility CEO David Scott-Ralphs said: 'This is a fantastic boost to our eye 2 eye campaign and it is going to help hundreds of people to get the information and help they need.'
