Zeiss expands sales force

Carl Zeiss Vision (CZV) has expanded its sales team with the recruitment of four new staff.

The manufacturer said its sales force was now the largest it had ever been and this would allow it to devote more time to independents and cater to their needs. 'The independent practitioner is very important to our business and we now have the resources to give them the attention they deserve,' said Keith Cockram, commercial director.

Laura Charlton (pictured) and David Lam join as lens consultants, while Leighton Gates and Nick Lawson are account managers.
