A week of news - Optrafair approaches

The Optician news desk is abuzz with talk of this weekend's Optrafair and Optician Awards.

Coming around every two years at Birmingham's NEC, this exhibition is the big event for practitioners looking to find products, contacts and ideas.

Optician will be arriving mob handed to tell their stories, give out the Awards and see the latest frames, lenses and technology first-hand.

There will also be details of next year's Optrafair London on show, so look out for a red London bus in the wrong postcode. Sadly, our contingent will not be travelling up to the Midlands onboard - with the short train hop to Birmingham International a little more enticing.
