As the clocks go back and the sporting season draws to a close my thoughts always turn to the prospects of stopping orthoK.
After finishing with the No7 system I assumed I wouldn't return but then the people from iGo asked if I would like to trial their system which I did at the beginning of the year.
Just before the UK Ironman triathlon I strated using the iGo again as all orthoK is undeniably liberating when it comes to active sports. But I feel it is time to stop. Funnily enough I was with my brother at the weekend. Readers of this blog may well know that two of my brothers and one sister have become orthoK addicts after I introduced them to it.
