Back in the glass house

By Tuesday evening I had just about lost at last the final dioptre of the OrthoK but didn’t wear specs or contact lenses for Henry’s walk. I usually go across a rough piece of ground so Henry can pretend to sniff out foxes. I also took a daft little torch I bought for one of the kids last Christmas but under a cloudy sky it was dark. I mean really dark. I’ve never been a big fan of the dark but Henry is even less keen. In my near myopic state and the ultra-dark it was just matter of time before I slipped up in the undergrowth or tripped over Henry who was sticking to me like a plaster. It is quite good fun rediscovering all of the specs I haven't worn for months. The best was Wednesday morning. It dawned bright and damp ideal for some super minimalist Silhouette frames I have glazed with green polarised Hoya lenses.
