Comment: Lessons for job satisfaction

I had the pleasure of hosting a round table discussion with some of the leading recruiters in the country last week.

Those sat at the table shared between them several decades of optical recruitment experience and they gave a great insight into the key issues related to employment over the coming months.

It was refreshing to be able to host an optical debate where issues were discussed freely, openly and realistically.

One of the best things about recruiters is they live in the real world and deal with real people -politicians they are not.It was also quite impressive to see the grasp those at the discussion had on the state of the market and their recruitment needs going forward.
