My fundraising for the Fambridge Boat Haven Half Iron Triathlon has started in earnest and I have been overwhelmed by the generous and rapid support. I have also received support from my charity, Blind Veterans UK , in the from of a very fetching running vest.

While I'm not planning on breaking any records I am getting back into the groove of training and remembering how hard it is to train properly for three disciplines while maintaining my allotment and running a magazine!
