Fun in the sun(glasses)

Maui Jim is a company that knows how to have some fun. This weekend it very kindly laid on a tennis event at The Wimbledon Club that stands alongside the All England Tennis Club, that of the famous Wimbledon tennis.

It was good to see the latest line up of sunglasses and see its sports ambassador, Martina Hingis in action. I can't say I'm much of a tennis player myself but I certainly enjoyed the coaching experience on offer as did the many Club members there on the day.  Martina was a delightful person and spent all afternoon coaching and generally making a fuss of the crowd. Before the event started I struck up a conversation with her about the skills, or lack of, on show and she insisted that she loved seeing amateurs having a go and enjoying the game.
