How do these people see us

I'm currently interviewing candidates to fill a couple of posts that have become vacant on Optician.

I always find interviewing  quite an interesting, if stressful, exercise. You just never vknow who you are going to get.

Among the questions for the hopefuls is usually one about the readership  -- what they think Optician readers might be interested in. So far I have had candidates who think optical practice owners will be interested in everything from stock market prices to celebrities in specs. Having met a fair few of my readers I have to conclude that they are right!!
