Littlehampton rocks

I'm shortly off to one of the more unusual leaving dos I have attended over the years.

The venue is the East Beach cafe in Littlehampton (yes this is it).

The venue has won a number of design awards and, on first glance, looks a little bit like something from the set of the Flintstones. As you get closer its takes on a more Anthony Gormley Angel of the North Quality.

The party is to mark the departure of my Publishing Director who has served three stints as the publisher of Optician over the years. Firstly in the 90s, then the naughties and more recently in the tens(?) So you could say he has had a three-decade long association with the big O.
