New Optegra eye care centre promises new future for treating ocular and visual abnormalities

The launch of Optegra’s new eye care centre in Queen Anne’s Street, London on November 5 was a truly memorable event. A series of introductory and informative lectures by its officials and consultants on the 42nd floor of the Leadenhall Building were as interesting as they were impressive.

The lecture on eye health care by Patrick Dixon, the renowned futurist – he is also the author of The Future of (Almost) Everything) – was like looking into the crystal ball of ophthalmology.

Speaking with passion and  enthusiasm about micro-technology, he explained his non-optical, non-medical and non-surgical treatment to restore sight for people.
