Magic moments

Well, it has finally come to the market, but I have yet to get my hands on some Magic. We have been writing about this flat-pack concept for some time since its all-singing-all-dancing concept announcement in 2006 and eagerly awaiting its UK launch.

Now multiple group Specsavers has a 12-month exclusivity deal, with 30 pairs of Easyvision Magic coming in at a neatly-priced £30. If there was one thing that would get me to try out the handy packaging concept, that would be the use of a silicone hydrogel daily disposable as it seems like stepping back in time to use a HEMA-type material. Nonetheless, a pack or two would make for useful inclusion in a man bag/weekend travel bag for emergencies and at 12.5 per cent of the thickness of a conventional pack of contact lenses, you would hardly know they were there.
