If we were asked for just one word to describe today’s optical industry and our role within it, what would that word be? There really are many words within our vocabulary that spring to mind, however, if I was honest, I would struggle to narrow it down to one single word. I do have two, that for me describe perfectly the industry, what we do and the service we provide, to our patients up and down the country each and every day. Those two words would be trust and responsibility, and they both speak volumes. Those two words nail down for me what we do and the service we provide to our patients on a daily basis.
