Norville has released its latest protective eyewear catalogue and for the first time it will feature Trivex lenses.

According to the company, petrochemical companies seeking EN166 Grade F impact protection opt for Trivex lens material over polycarbonate lenses which are more susceptible to chemical attack and crazing around the unprotected lens edges.

Trivex is also lighter at 1.11sg and offers superior optical quality (abbe value 45).

The lenses can be supplied tinted, polarised or with Transitions and are suitable for outdoor workers. Featured in the latest catalogue is the wraparound SW06E model which can be glazed with Trivex or Polycarbonate lenses to high prescriptions and meets EN166-F requirements.
