- If the OFRC has only managed to 'negotiate' the same 2.5 per cent increase in fees that all NHS groups have received, then to my mind they have spent nine months and God knows how much money, to get nothing!
A startling achievement, but not one that I would recommend adding to their CVs when applying for another position.
