OMG Snellen pwned in Norway

Now this is all a bit of a mystery to me. Being the kind of chap that starts texts ( I only text because I have a Blackberry with a full keyboard...I only have a mobile phone for work.) with: Dr Mr Smith,

It concerns an image of a Snellen chart displayed on a Norwegian current affairs programme recently. Even in my ignorance I'm not going to try and spell out these acronymns ( I'm sure there is a different word text-speak or something). Who says eyecare issues don't make in onto the national news agenda.
