The Optrafair weekend was a great success. Both the Olympia exhibition and the Optician Awards at the Hilton had a real buzz about them and now the feedback figures from the events are showing the full picture.
Continuing education and training proved a real draw for visitors at Optrafair London. Among the points on offer included seminars, equipment workshops, a poster trail and peer review. Leaving peer review aside for a moment the seminars and workshops attracted over 830 delegates while over the weekend more than 3,000 CET points were awarded. Delegate feedback was just as strong with just one among the 650 responding to a questionnaire saying they would not be there next time. Strangely that one person provided excellent feedback. Perhaps they ticked the wrong box?
