Having crashed lout a couple of thousand words on Independents Day I am still ver excited about the mystery shopping exercise.
I've been through all of the stats, see the features and this weeks news for details, but there is one thing that still troubles me. The mystery shopping firm needed 40 practices but iDay only had 30 volunteers. The extra ten were dragooned into it so the analysis could be done but what does that say about the confidence of practices? Why wouldn't you want to be mystery shopped.
Perhaps this is the biggesting finding of them all...except for the use of name badges, of course.
