Man’s quest for solutions to problems is part of our nature. Medical opinion has always been critical of alternative medicine when they cannot find any clinical proof that it works, such as homeopathy and acupuncture. Unfortunately the colorimeter falls under the same criticism. The study states that it finds no link between eyesight and dyslexia and not between vision and dyslexia.
I agree with the statement from BABO that there is a difference between sight and vision. As clever as the research that, has been carried out by experts in Bristol, it appears in my opinion that they have not shown that they have considered these two aspects namely sight and vision. They have gone down one route only studying VA, ocular fixation and stereopsis.
