When I closed my factory in China, I thought that would be the end of my travelling years, and yet it is only April and I’ve done more travelling this year than the average person does in a decade. This is mostly because my company is spread around the world and sometimes you’ve just got to be there.

I started this trip in New York for the Vision Expo East. I had 15 staff fly in from various American states and the UK. We hosted parties, training events and, of course, exhibited at the actual show. With a price tag of around $100,000, you can’t blame me for getting the sales numbers almost hourly during the event. It can be quite nerve-racking.
